  • With at least one (1) year work experience as Jr. Telecom Consultant IC1 or other equivalent/related position in Telecom project management or related telecom engineering fields:
  • Project Management
  • Data communication technology
  • LAN/WAN networking

Training (Developmental)

Data communication technology (Fundamentals of IP)

  • Customer Oriented Management and Engineering Tool (Clarity)
  • Customer Management System (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and/or Kenan Order Management (KOM)
  • Order Delivery Orchestrator (ODO) Installer's Performance Monitoring System (IPMS)

Traits/Attitudes/Other Skills

Other Qualifications (license, certification, trade tests, others)

Duties and Responsibilities

Basic Scope

Responsible in the end-to-end Project Management for the implementation and delivery of Enterprise services requiring intermediate level of skills and competencies.

Performs Under Minimum Guidance The Following Project Management Works

  • Analyzes network designs and evaluate customer projects to develop comprehensive project plans and determine project goals and objectives based on customer needs.
  • Designs a good project management framework and manage project plans by dividing the project into major tasks to support teams to ensure project schedules are accepted and that schedules, timelines, deadlines, resources, and expectations are set out at the start.
  • Manages end-to-end project implementation to realize timely delivery of both data and voice services requirements of corporate customers.
  • Leads and manages a project implementation team from within PLDT and its subsidiaries and affiliates for the various technology requirements and roles involved in the project to ensure all tasks are properly assigned and performed.
  • Prepares regular project status report to customer relationship management units and corporate customers.
  • Identifies and manages project implementation risks & issues that need to be settled to ensure minimal effect to agreed delivery schedules.
  • Provides technical and project support relative to the implementation of specialized network to corporate customers.
  • Monitors project completion and final acceptance by corporate customers via sign-off to be used as basis to post service order (SO) and trigger billing.
  • Ensures project documentations are provided by support teams for future reference of post sales units.
  • Develops a post project evaluation reports to assess how well the project was managed and to guide and improve future processes and procedures.
  • Adheres to the standards set by the Company in relation to this job.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
