As a Technical Writing Representative, you will be responsible for producing written or visual documentation. Your typical day will involve translating complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes into easily understandable, readable responses.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Produce written or visual documentation.

Provide product development, design, and marketing documentation.

Translate complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes into easily understandable, readable responses.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.

Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity and consistency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Proficiency in Technical Documentation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in creating user manuals, technical guides, and release notes.

Familiarity with content management systems and documentation tools.

Knowledge of industry-standard style guides and documentation best practices.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Documentation.

This position is based in Manila.
