OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE/ INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SPECIALIST

Role

Role Overview:

• Handles data analytics and ad hoc case studies, machine utilization and capacity computations
• Manages projects of plant and division initiatives
• Supports to Lean Implementation Program, implementation of Lean Six Sigma concepts, development and presentation of training materials
• Supports Strategic Planning Exercises and Budget review process
• Generates Plant Key Performance Indicators Reports, SAP Master Recipe and Production Version maintenance, development of data spreadsheets or programs
  
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Management, or other related engineering courses.
• With 3-5 years of work experience
• Advance skills in MS Office applications especially Excel and Powerpoint; Power BI programming a plus
• Has experience in handling and facilitating projects and case studies.
• Willing to travel both local and international
• Willing to render overtime, work on extended hours and go on shifts as needed
• Experience and knowledgeable in Lean Management concepts and Programs; with Lean Sigma Belt is a plus
