Produce written or visual documentation. Provide product development, design, and marketing documentation. Translate complex technical solutions, strategies and themes into easily understandable, readable responses.
Qualifications
Role: TECHNICAL WRITERResponsibilitiesMaintain technical documents such as functional description, installation guide, etc. for one or more products.Provide announcements related to product releases for global audience.Simplify technical and complicated concepts into easy-to-understand texts.Learn product/s by using the application through test scripts and free testing.Meet with developers to ensure correct understanding of new product features and other changes in the application.Ensure documentation accuracy by working closely with product team members.Ensure documentation is complete and within schedule.Manage other related tasks.Qualifications1-3 years writing experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and with other team members.Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.Ability to work on fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.Others and SkillsGITAtlassian ConfluenceMadcap Flare (or any XML-editing tool)Good to haveMadcap Capture, Madcap LingoKnowledge in SAP SuccessFactors' basic functionalityVideo editing and script writing experience Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
