The Opportunity

The NRI Enterprise Solutions Team is integral to driving the broader NRI business’s growth.


As a member of the Enterprise Solutions Team, the Technical Writer plays an important role in the professional presentation and positioning of the NRI brand and services provided by NRI Enterprise Solutions. This role will work in collaboration with other NRI departments such as the NRI Marketing Team.


This role is essential for ensuring that (technical) information as generated by NRI Enterprise Solutions is communicated clearly and effectively to its audience.


Document Creation:

  • Develop, organise, and write documents and publications supporting various functions, such as (but not limited to) business development, sales and service delivery. Examples of such documents are (but not limited to) Value Propositions and Presentations, Proposals, Statement of Works, Solution and IP White Papers and Artefacts, Digital Copy.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams, including (but not limited to) marketing, business development, (pre-)sales, and service delivery to understand the services and solutions provided by NRI Enterprise Solutions.
  • Gather and analyse information from various sources (NRI internal and external) to create comprehensive documentation.

Content Strategy:

  • Create and maintain information architectures as appropriate for different document categories and types.
  • Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.

Technical Understanding:

  • Quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and diagrams.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure documentation is current and accurate.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with NRI’s branding standards.
  • Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all documentation.
  • Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure clarity and accuracy.


Desired Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with a proven track record.
  • Excellent written skills in English.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other documentation tools.
