Technical Trainer

The Technical Trainer is primarily responsible for the planning, conducting, implementation and evaluation of the Company’s programs for technical training and education. This position is also responsible for overseeing the Service Cadetship training and quality improvement programs for the dealerships.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate or related field with 2+ years of automotive experience
• Expertise in technical training, quality management, and productivity improvement
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and create clear training materials (manuals, guides, presentations)
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify issues and recommend improvements
• Able to engage with all organizational levels, fostering collaboration and clear communication
• Intermediate technical and mathematical skills for performance analysis and metrics
• Familiar with computer systems and training/reporting tools, adaptable to new technologies
• Experienced in mentoring and coaching team members, creating a supportive, high-performance training environment
