As a Technical Support (Senior) You Will
- Be able to support end-users with issues and provide a solution.
- Providing level one technical support for machine-related issues.
- Assisting end-users with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Handling inquiries related to machine operation, maintenance, and warranties.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
Non-negotiables
- 3+ years experience in troubleshooting Colour and Mono Multifunction and laser printers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Electrical/electronics certificate or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Friendly
