Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
- Lead and coordinate teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
- Ensure that all project activities align with the agreed schedule and standards.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Track expenses and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers
- Ensure projects comply with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the project.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, tenants, and senior management.
- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Prepare and deliver detailed project reports and presentations.
- Guide and support project team members, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Provide training and mentoring as needed to enhance team performance.
- Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in property services or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, property maintenance, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices is a plus.
