About The Role
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who will assist customers with technical concerns related to POTS, DSL, or PRISM services. In this role, you’ll be handling inbound calls and providing support by listening actively, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through solutions using set procedures and tools. You’ll also handle callbacks, escalate concerns when needed, and transfer calls to the appropriate teams when necessary. From time to time, you may also be asked to help out with special projects or additional tasks that support operations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with at least 9 months of experience in a technical support role, specifically in a telco account, whether from a local or international BPO company. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly. A minimum of 2 years in college is required. It’s a big plus if you have a background working with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), more than 9 months of telco experience, or basic knowledge of how modems work.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll take calls from customers and assist them with technical issues related to POTS, DSL, or PRISM. This includes following step-by-step troubleshooting procedures, escalating issues that need further attention, and transferring calls when appropriate.
