Your Role:

• Accept and address incoming calls, messages, and emails.
• Identify the client and assist clients with the technical support they require.
• Try your best to resolve the issue and log the notes in the Support Help Desk Portal.
• Escalate the case if needed.
• Keep the owner in the loop every day with the daily tasks and progress.
• Create a knowledge base using AI to assist with the onboarding of future staff members.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• High Communication Skill with fluency in Enligh Language
• Clear accent, so they are easier to understand
• Must have atleast 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Good at using computer, browser, office suite etc.
• Handle several clients at a time.
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise:

• Friendly, willing to assist customers.
• Will to learn and improve
• Understands the importance of time and does not waste time and resources rather just reaches for help when needed.
