To be responsible for the overall up keeping of Diversey Equipment and Dispensers at customer’s site.
Ensure that Diversey Equipment and Dispensers at in working condition
Correct any faults and concerns found by the customer on the Diversey Equipment and Dispensers that are under warranty
Provide technical support and perform trouble-shooting to resolve customer issues and come up with solutions to technical problems in the sector of commercial laundry
