In Numbers
Mid-shift: Monday to Friday, 3pm - midnight PH time
You will join our People and Talent team to help us recruit top talent across our London and Makati hubs. You'll work on Technical roles (e.g. backend/frontend engineers) and non-technical roles in all of our other functions (e.g. Customer Support). What You'll Do
- Use advanced boolean to map and build global and diverse talent pipelines across multiple roles
- Help build our employer brand, e nsuring a wonderful candidate experience
- Use data to r eport on your pipelines on a daily basis
- Technical Sourcing Experience (e.g. you've sourced software engineers before)
- End-to-end Recruitment experience (sourcing candidates through to offer negotiation)
- Bachelor’s Degree
