TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER

Role Overview

• Assists in setting technology direction strategy recommendations for the division by providing technical tools, system and process innovative solutions, its upkeep and support to PSG departments.
• Assists in Planning, Organizing, controlling and Evaluating initiatives, and operations
• Assists in Managing the Overall Technical Solutions Operations to ensure deliverables of all service teams within the department meet basic expectations, through regular reviews of core services output, initiatives and projects.
• Helps the team come up with sound proposals by coaching, and providing valuable inputs to programs, finalize proposals for projects and other initiatives for improvement and escalate or facilitate final approval for execution.
• Executes organizational development programs by providing coaching and support trainings, specific for the department to sustain growth capability of team members.
• Assists in Handling Department Budget and ensure cost effectiveness
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related course
• Preferably with background in security systems and / or related property management systems
• IT certificate/s related to network, server, security or other related field is a plus
• Has good communication and presentation skills
• Has good project management skills
