  • Overall in charge of TS daily activities and implementation of all TS Projects.
  • Evaluate all customer inquiries on TS-related activities, prepare and submit project cost estimates to Service Manager/Sales/Marketing for project proposal/quotation generation.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives and contractors/subcontractors for the scope of work and schedule of project implementation.
  • Evaluate and determine the methodology/procedures and work to be performed, materials, tools, and equipment to be used, manpower, and time to accomplish the project.
  • Evaluate, analyze, prepare test results, submit test reports and recommendations on all TS-implemented projects.
  • Formulate test forms deemed for revisions and coordinate with the interface for implementation.
  • Assist the Assistant Service Manager in planning and handling TS personnel scheduling. Observe and enforce safety practices, rules and regulations. Enforce housekeeping and cleaning of work areas, tools, equipment, and vehicles.
  • List, prepare, and check Tools, Materials, Testing Equipment and Vehicles before and after project implementation.
  • Conduct Site and equipment evaluation and inspection in all TS Projects.
  • Familiar with High Voltage Substation Equipment Maintenance and Testing.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults/problems encountered during project implementation.
  • Conduct lectures and training of lower ranks on TS Personnel to upgrade skills and competency in Electrical Equipment Testing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities.
  • Preparation and generation of test reports to be submitted to the Service Manager for final review/approval before submission to the customer.
  • Maintain and safeguard all TS Department test results, data and records.
  • Directly reporting to the Assistant Service Manager.
  • 16. Other task that the Assistant Service Engineer/Service Manager may assign.
  • Graduate with a Bachelors/College Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • With a valid Professional License.
  • With a minimum of 3 years experience in Electrical Equipment Engineering, Protection Engineering, Power Plant, Technical Services Contractor, or Manufacturing in a Supervisory role.
  • Knowledgeable with the maintenance and testing of Protective Relays such as Distance Relays, Transformer Protection Relays, Feeder Protection Relays, etc.
  • With strong leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Engineering Software and Applications is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Data organization and attention to detail skills.
  • Can drive manual and automatic vehicles type and with a valid Drivers License.
  • 12. Willing to be assigned to any point in the Philippines.
