Sales Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets in the Mindanao Region.
- Pursue leads, promote products, and finalize orders.
- Coordinate with colleagues to execute sales orders.
- Report sales activities and market information to the Business Line Manager.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote Industrial Air and Gas equipment.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Increase market share and establish good customer relationships.
- Maintain product knowledge and conduct training to ensure brand awareness.
- Ensure Atlas Copco is the preferred choice.
- Sell and promote air compressors and auxiliary equipment.
- Visit and monitor customer activities.
- Search for prospects and improve sales skills.
- Maintain good customer relationships and plan weekly visits.
- Prepare quotations and maintain company assets.
- Achieve yearly sales targets and analyze customer needs.
- Coordinate with customers and sub-contractors.
- Supervise installation progress and collect competitors’ data.
- Organize seminars and support dealers and distributors.
- Assist the Finance Department in collecting payments.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Excellent command of English.
- Skilled in presentations, business writing, negotiation, socializing, and technical selling.
- Expertise in value selling of capital equipment products.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Degree in any Engineering course
