JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Executive - is responsible for managing and growing accounts in DAVAO. This includes acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with existing key accounts, and executing plans to meet sales targets. The role ensures customer satisfaction and strict adherence to company policies while driving business growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and acquire new corporate and institutional accounts.
- Plan and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Ensure accounts receivables are aligned with company guidelines and timelines.
- Execute trade promotional activities as scheduled.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and institutional account personnel through joint business planning and regular visits.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and provide updates to superiors.
- Participate in training sessions, seminars, and workshops for continuous professional development.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the territory.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 2 years as an Account Executive, preferably in corporate or institutional sales.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Thrives under pressure and meets deadlines effectively
