As a Technical Designer you will play a crucial role in our mission to efficiently deliver high-quality products. Your primary focus will be to leverage your strong design skills to support the design team in rolling out additional color options, as well as prepare product decks for the sales team.

- Demonstrate excellent time-management and prioritization skills while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Are a problem solver who can operate independently and work effectively, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Are product-obsessed with a creative mind.
- Are detail-oriented and possess organizational skills, performing with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with the design team on multi-seasonal, multi-product lines to create comprehensive hand-offs, including detailed colorway specifications and production-ready graphics.
- Modify and re-color existing prints, artwork, and colorways as required.
- Support the setup of color separations, color call-outs, sizing, and art placements.
- Ensure the precise execution of art files consistently across all designs, adhering to company best practices.
- Maintain regular organization, updates, and management of CADs (Computer-Aided Designs) and line sheets.
- Engage in daily communication with overseas teams, addressing topics related to design and development.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and department.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
- Has more than 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- A track record of consistently meeting deadlines, driven by a deep understanding and commitment to the company's design calendar.
- Exemplary attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring work is carried out with a high degree of accuracy.
- At least 50mbps internet speed
- Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
