About the job:

  • Lead detailed analysis to guide the decision-making process to support end-solutions for Clients
  • Support and help formulate technical designs to satisfy business requirements that help solve complex technical and business challenges for partner solutions
  • Configure partner solutions relative to client requirements both functional and technical
  • Conduct functional testing with clients and document further business and technical requirements
  • Estimation and resource planning associated with solution delivery of partner solutions
  • Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure accurate project development, management, and delivery
  • Serve as trusted advisor and collaborate cross-functionally with Synpulse partners throughout the project lifecycle to achieve target outcomes

You:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years professional experience in technical consulting or a similar function in projects within the life/non-life insurance domain focusing on one of the above-mentioned responsibilities
  • Working or advanced knowledge of Java, Groovy, Python, SQL etc.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems, consider them analytically and conceptualize solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills, and experience communicating with clients at various levels across an organization
