- Build, assemble, and test desktop PCs based on customer or company specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and basic software problems
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and applications
- Assist customers with technical inquiries and product recommendations
- Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams regarding technical requirements
- Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and quality checks on units
- Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of tools, parts, and equipment
- Prepare simple technical reports or checklists when needed
- Perform other technical-related tasks as may be assigned by management
- Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or any related course (or vocational/technical training)
- With at least 1 year of experience in computer hardware or technical support (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may apply)
- Knowledgeable in building, assembling, and disassembling desktop PCs
- Familiar with computer hardware components (CPU, motherboard, RAM, GPU, PSU, storage, etc.)
- Basic knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Able to install operating systems, drivers, and basic applications
- Willing to be assigned to Las Piñas or Quezon City branch
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
