We are hiring for an Assistant Director of F&B.
As an Assistant Director of F&B, we rely on you to:
Improve the profitability of every outlet
Optimise the profitability of every outlet
Analyse market trends and make suggestions based on latest market and industry trends
Assist in maintaining a high standard of service
Be responsible for the branding, revenue and management of Food & Beverage colleagues
Be accountable for external contracts such as suppliers, performers etc.
Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Enjoys interacting with people
Has high proficiency in both written and spoken English (and the local language)
Enjoys presenting to the senior management team
Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
Leads by example
A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
Creative with an eye for detail
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
Thinks out of the box
