Role: Team Leader (Insurance)

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, PHP1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time

Work Setup: Office-based

Responsibilities:

• You will ask four (4) basic qualifying questions to the customer
• Maintain customer records and update information in the database
• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers.
• Ensure that agents are well-trained in insurance products, sales techniques, and company policies. Continuous development through workshops, role-playing, and mentoring sessions helps agents stay updated and motivated.
• Setting clear goals for individual agents and the team as a whole is crucial. The Team leader should monitor progress regularly, provide feedback, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
• Maintaining high levels of motivation among agents. The team leader can foster a positive work environment through recognition of achievements, team-building activities, and effective communication.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations allows team leaders to assess individual and team performance objectively. This process helps identify strengths and areas for improvement, guiding coaching and training efforts.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction is essential in the insurance industry. Team leaders should oversee how agents handle client interactions, resolve issues promptly, and build long-term relationships that contribute to business growth.

Qualifications:

• High school/college diploma or equivalent
• Good English communication skills
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound call handling
• Computer proficient
• Willing to undergo training
• Team player with an enthusiastic attitude towards work
• Willing to work onsite in Brgy. Saguin, City of San Fernando, Pampanga
• Experience using ViciDial (required)
• Previous experience as a Team Leader handling an insurance account
