SALARY RANGE: PHP 45,000-55,000

SHIFT: 9 pm to 6 am, Mondays to Fridays

WORK SETUP: Full onsite

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure direct reports are trained on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, performance reviews, tools, and responsibilities.
  • Ensure direct reports are maintaining performance/project compliance through daily monitoring and measurement of tools such as Airtable, etc.
  • Prepare reports to ensure service levels are maintained and present data to support performance reviews.
  • Distribute tasks/workload to team members ensuring a balanced workload distribution.
  • Conduct daily huddles with team members (start and/or end of shift) to discuss priorities, targets, deadlines, issues, and other operational concerns to be accomplished/resolved within the day. Lead team members regarding daily operational inquiries/concerns.
  • Coach and develop direct reports by providing feedback on performance expectations and assisting with development plans. Conduct one-on-one meetings regularly.
  • Provide performance-based rewards and recognition to reinforce behavior as it occurs.
  • Conduct monthly activities to reward top performers and update the team with the month’s performance.
  • Enforce company policies/code of conduct by preparing Incident Reports for any infractions and working with the HR/Operations Manager on appropriate disciplinary actions.
  • Review and approve leave requests from direct reports ensuring workforce capacity is maintained and team performance will not be affected.
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) to ensure consistency and training for all, using best practice approach, experience, and knowledge.
  • Develop service recovery plans, ensure the plans are implemented, and improvement goals are achieved or exceeded.
  • Identify wastes in the process and implement process improvements as needed. Ensure a continuous improvement mindset is implemented.
  • Interview and select direct reports. Train and on-board new employees.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • At least 2 years of same-level work experience

Experience/Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
