We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Team Lead - US RN to join our team.
Experience: We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in relevant fields.
Location: Pasay, Philippines
Work Mode: Work From Office
Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective coaching and training strategies Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members, addressing escalated customer inquiries and resolving complex issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and process optimisation Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and best practices Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and suggest innovative solutions to enhance team and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service team lead or supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or call centre environment Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both team members and clients Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset Proficiency in using customer service and performance management tools Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
