What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage research-driven projects focused on U.S. hospitals and health systems, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
• Coordinate team workflows, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving bottlenecks.
• Edit and review client deliverables for clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal—turning complex healthcare data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Stay on top of healthcare trends, policy changes, and industry movements to guide strategic recommendations.
• Drive process improvements, refining workflows for efficiency and quality.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Background in healthcare operations, medical documentation, or project management within the health sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and hospital operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
