Your Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Senior Internal Auditor (ERM) to support both Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit programs. In this dual-role position, you’ll help strengthen the organization's risk posture, streamline audit operations, and support high-quality reporting, governance, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

• Support annual enterprise risk assessments, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
• Track enterprise risks, KRIs, and action plans; update dashboards and reporting materials.
• Maintain ERM frameworks, templates, risk taxonomy, and documentation standards.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and Audit Committee meetings.
• Research emerging risks and industry trends.
• Coordinate ERM meetings and follow-up activities.
  
  

Internal Audit Operations

• Maintain IA methodologies, templates, SOPs, policies, and playbooks.
• Support updates to IA charter, policies, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Administer audit tools (e.g., AuditBoard) and track audit issues, SOX deficiencies, and action plans.
• Coordinate IA meetings, offsites, and team activities.
• Support the Quality Assurance & Improvement Program (QAIP), including monitoring, testing, documentation review, and readiness for internal/external quality assessments.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 3–5 years in ERM, Internal Audit, compliance, or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of risk management concepts, COSO, internal controls, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• High professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit/risk tools (AuditBoard preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Risk, or related field.
  
  

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience supporting ERM programs, SOX knowledge, and certifications such as CRMA, CIA, CPA, CISA, or CFE.
