In this role, your mission is to optimize and elevate team performance. You will make a direct impact by:

• Ensuring team members have the support and coaching necessary to excel and exceed client expectations.
• Implementing innovative leadership frameworks and coaching models to foster individual growth and readiness for future roles.
• Leveraging AI solutions to streamline team processes, enhance efficiency, and provide data-driven coaching insights.
• Serving as a mentor and role model, driving a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

• You have proven experience in team leadership and coaching, ideally within a dynamic organizational setup.
• Bonus Points: Experience in managing teams within an outsourcing or professional services environment and familiarity with global client management.

Technical & Leadership Skills:

• You possess a strong understanding of AI applications and their impact on organizational efficiency.
• Exceptional communication, mentoring, and leadership skills are essential.

Non-Negotiables:

• Availability for a Night Shift schedule (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PH Time).
• Willingness to work a Hybrid Setup (Fixed Days) in Cebu City.
