The Assistant Property Manager assists in managing all aspects of a building's occupancy and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all aspects of building occupancy and maintenance
  • Communicate with residents, tenants, and owners regarding property-related matters
  • Coordinate with third parties for facility repairs, security, and maintenance
  • Handle billing, collection, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory permits and documentation
  • Investigate and help resolve property issues and complaints
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and operational reports
  • Contribute to achieving KPIs such as 100% closure of customer concerns, full compliance, and complete 201 file updates
  • College graduate in BS Electrical Engineering, BS Hospitality Management, Bachelor in Facility Management, or BS Business Administration
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer or with at least 5 years of experience in property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
