Role Overview

The Teacher Coordinator is the strategic driver of our teaching programs, reporting directly to the CEO. You will oversee the teaching team, ensuring that DreamanDo delivers consistent, high-quality learning experiences. This role requires both hands-on teaching expertise and proven leadership skills. You have been in the classroom yourself, but you are equally confident leading teams, building scalable processes, and shaping education strategy at the leadership table.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the teaching function by recruiting, managing, and mentoring teachers and mentors, ensuring alignment with DreamanDo’s mission and standards.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO on teacher performance, program outcomes, and opportunities for innovation.
• Coordinate and quality-control all classes, tutoring sessions, societies, and bootcamps.
• Oversee student onboarding, ensuring new learners feel welcomed and understand how DreamanDo works.
• Match students with suitable teachers based on goals, needs, and learning style.
• Design and monitor personalized teaching and study plans, ensuring progress through regular check-ins.
• Implement teacher training, feedback, and coaching to strengthen teaching quality and consistency.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching quality, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements to enhance the student experience.
• Contribute to teaching select classes to remain close to the learning experience.
• Develop or coordinate the creation of teaching resources and materials to support students and teachers.
• Translate strategic goals from the CEO into actionable plans for the teaching team.
• Drive inclusive, impactful learning outcomes for all students.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of teaching, tutoring, or academic coaching experience, with strong knowledge of SAT, IELTS,GMAT, student engagement, and curriculum delivery.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, preferably in an educational context.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for inclusive, multicultural education.
• Ability to work in a startup-style environment with autonomy, adaptability, and accountability.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• International teaching or coordination experience.
• Multi-language fluency.
• Background in academic admissions or exam preparation programs.
