JOB SCOPE :

  • Responsible for the timely preparation of tax returns and ensuring proper tax compliance requirements will be met with the least possible costs to the company. He/she is the appointed representative of the Prince Retail Group on behalf of its officers. This may include but is not limited to BIR, SEC, BOC, LGUs, PhilGeps, and others that may arise by the direction of the Management.
  1. Prepares e-Filing and e-payment of monthly/quarterly/annual returns which includes IT, VAT, WTC, EWT, FWT, and DST without error and in a timely manner;
  2. Proactively communicate with other departments for the financial data and other necessary information needed to complete the tax filing and reporting;
  3. Assist on tax assessments, whether local and national tax and ensure audit readiness of all tax-related filings and documentation
  4. Proper files all documentation of BIR Certificate of Registrations, tax returns and filing reference, receipts of tax payments, etc.
  5. Performs other related tasks and reports that may be asked from time to time by immediate supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or related courses
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in handling Philippine Taxation, in the retail industry or similar duties
