Basic Functions for Accounting Assistant:
- Monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts.
- Ensures compliance with control procedures in the branch
- Primarily responsible for monitoring of AR accounts related to OMA and MMP subsidy.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Combined responsibility of accounting, reporting, measurement, audit, taxes, operating controls, budgeting, cash custody and other related areas.
- Preparation of monthly closing reports and assist treasury on bank confirmation.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent , CPA.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent interpersonal relations skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Maguikay, Mandaue City Branch.
