Responsible for tax reporting and compliance with Local Taxes and other regularly requirements to be submitted to Tax Lead for checking within the time set by management.
Job Description
1. Local Taxes Monitoring
Real Property Tax (RPT)
- Responsible for monitoring of RPT for rawland, projects and non- saleable accounts
- Creation of RFPs and payment of RPT as requested
- Reporting of unpaid RPT
- Preparation of RPT budget - G&A
- RPVRA
- UAT of RPT enhancement programs
- Preparation of Business Permits Budget - G&A
- Preparation and transmittal of affidavit of gross receipts to Permits/Other cluster
- Monitoring of paid and unpaid permits
- Assist in preparation of schedule and documentary requirements
- Experience in BIR, PEZA, BOI, LGU and other statutory regulatory requirements
- Advance skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in SAP
- Effective business communication skills
- Must have a BS Accountancy degree
- A minimum 1-year accounting work experience
- Training on taxation updates and competencies is an advantage.
