Salary: P50,000 - P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (6:00am to 3:00pm PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Minimum of ITIL foundations certification, higher levels are desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Service Desk, IT support role or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Fundamentals certification.

What will you do?

  • Provide level 1 and 2 support for all IT related matters.
  • Escalation of tickets to problem or change requests.
  • Working with third party vendors to resolve tickets.
  • Manage all Desktop, Linux, Windows infrastructure.
  • Achieve agreed service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation.
  • Manage procurement activities and logistics of equipment requests.
  • Contribute to IT projects. Any other associated task as directed by Respect.
  • Any other tasks as reasonably assigned by Manager
