At TalentPop, our recruitment team moves fast — and we rely on strong support behind the scenes to make it all work. We’re hiring a Talent Support Specialist to assist with job postings, candidate tracking, and daily recruitment support tasks.

This role is a great fit for someone who’s detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys supporting people-focused processes.

What You’ll Support

  • Posting and maintaining job ads across multiple hiring platforms
  • Tracking candidate applications and maintaining clean records
  • Supporting recruiters by monitoring application volume and flow
  • Ensuring candidates receive timely updates and next steps
  • Helping identify sourcing trends and opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or support role
  • Interest in recruitment or people operations
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable communicating via Slack, Zoom, and email
  • Willing to work US Pacific Standard Time
