About The Job
We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Coordinator to support daily job posting and applicant intake for high-volume recruiting. This role focuses on ensuring open roles receive sufficient applicant volume and that applications are tracked and organized accurately.
You will manage job postings across sourcing platforms, monitor weekly application targets, and track candidate flow using HubSpot and LinkedIn Recruiter. This role supports multiple recruiters and requires consistency, accuracy, and strong follow-through.
Note: This role is referred to internally at TalentPop as Sourcing Specialist.

About The Job

Responsibilities
- Maintain active job postings across approved sourcing platforms
- Ensure job postings remain accurate and up to date
- Track applicant flow and sourcing metrics using HubSpot dashboards and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Review and categorize incoming applications to support recruiting workflows
- Monitor weekly application volume against sourcing targets
- Identify trends in application sources and flag performance issues
- Partner with recruiters and recruitment leadership on hiring needs
- Provide recurring updates on application volume and sourcing performance
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or recruitment support role involving job postings
- Prior recruitment exposure is helpful but not required
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, or Google Workspace is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating through Zoom, Slack, and Email
- Willing to work Tuesday to Saturday, Philippine Time, full time
- Detail-focused and process-oriented
- Able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
Internet Requirements
- Wired DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection required
- Minimum speed of 20 Mbps with 5 Mbps backup
- Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 and at least 8GB RAM
- No mobile devices permitted
- Reliable power source
- Backup power solution recommended
- Backup work location required
- $3 USD per hour
