The Role:
The Talent Sales Manager is a driven, persuasive, and commercially minded professional with a passion for closing deals and building partnerships. This individual will focus on selling talent to brands, securing collaborations, and driving revenue growth through influencer partnerships. Candidates should have a proven track record in sales, brand partnerships, or influencer marketing, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sales & Brand Partnerships
- Sell and position Amplify’s roster of talents to brands, agencies, and partners.
- Proactively identify new revenue opportunities and pitch talents for brand campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of brand partnerships to maximize talent utilization.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Secure and negotiate high-value brand collaborations and sponsorships.
- Manage proposals, pricing, and contracts to achieve win-win agreements for talents and brands.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and sales targets.
Account & Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact between talents and brands throughout the sales process.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies.
- Deliver excellent client service while ensuring talent interests are represented.
Strategy & Market Development
- Collaborate with talents to create commercially viable brand strategies and positioning.
- Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with campaign execution.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or talent management.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain C-level and brand-direct relationships.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, digital media, and brand collaborations.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
