About the Role:

As a Talent & People Operations Associate, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by managing recruitment and supporting essential People operations. You will help scale the People function by ensuring a smooth hiring process, assisting with employee lifecycle management, maintaining compliance, and contributing to engagement initiatives.

What you will do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and enhance employer branding
• Support onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee records management
• Assist with engagement initiatives
• Help implement policies 
• Support performance management process

What we will need:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration
• Proficiency in hiring platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) and knowledge of HR processes (onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination)
• Strong attention to detail with a process-driven and organized mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
• A degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus, but not required
