What You’ll Do

• Own the hiring journey : Lead the full end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring every hire is a success for both the candidate and the business.
• Partner globally : Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR teams across diverse regions to understand skills gaps and hiring needs, offering creative and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years prior recruiting experience is required , ideally in a Global HR Shared Services setting
• Ability to multi-task and handle volume hiring
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to target the most qualified candidates
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity of various ATS systems a plus
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with candidates, support personnel, and members across teams.
• Our opening is for 1 permanent role to support US time zone
• Preferably someone who can start ASAP
