We're looking for a Talent Manager, who will be working closely with HCN exclusive creators to launch engaging paid social campaigns on their channels. You will get hands-on experience on how to pitch creative ideas to established brands and agencies, execute the campaigns and optimize for good results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full management and representation of HCN exclusive creators in campaigns and engagements.
• Collaborate with HCN exclusive creators to pitch creative ideas to Brands and Agencies. This may also involve cross-team pitching (e.g. propose suitable creators for campaign amplification)
• Manage and mentor HCN exclusive creators on how to post responsibly on social media and collaborate professionally with clients.
• Manage campaigns by ensuring campaign’s objectives and timelines are met, overseeing creative development and video production and ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables.
• Handle inbound enquiries regarding HCN exclusive creator engagements and potential campaigns.
• Prepare campaign reports on key learnings/recommendations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• minimum 3 years talent management experience
• Strong understanding of TikTok creator landscape and the Hepmil Creator’s Network
• Passionate about managing talents and creators, new media and digital content
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgement skills
• Strong team player
• Enjoys nurturing client relationships and a fast paced environment
