Talent Development Specialist

Location: This is Hybrid opportunity of once a week onsite. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Talent Development Specialist at Insight, you’ll focus on the development, coordination, and delivery of systems training programs that are aligned to Insight’s business goals to improve performance and drive sales enablement.

As Talent Development Specialist, you will get to be responsible for:

• Working collaboratively with the L&D Team Lead, Sr. Learning Specialists, and/or Instructional Design team to develop multiple ongoing systems learning solutions
• Providing support for, and deliver new hire and ongoing systems training programs
• Building relationships with subject matter experts to develop systems training collateral
• Reviewing business requirements to determine necessary performance outcomes
• Reviewing training materials for quality control and improvement
• Implementing systems training programs and performance solutions for multiple audiences using a variety of formats (i.e. classroom, virtual, & blended)
• Preparing performance support tools, activities, and adapt developed classroom agenda, timelines and content flow as needed for the audience.
• Using a variety of tools including but not limited to, Camtasia, Visio, Publisher, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create training and communication deliverables
• Supporting coordinating and scheduling classes, online courses and various prepared curriculum
• Interacting with internal clients under the guidance of the immediate manager

We Are Looking For Talent Development Specialist With

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
• At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience involving the design, facilitation, development, and logistics of complex learning programs, in training or related area
• Strong knowledge of Insight’s SAP/SMART system and processes
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and facilitation techniques, active learning tools, experience in facilitating systems training
