Talent Development Specialist

Role Overview:

• Shares insights and recommendations on the strategic and operational plan of the Team based on the execution/experience and results of programs and projects assigned
• Provides the necessary assistance/support to the assigned division account partners in driving the Teams programs and requirements
• Delivers assigned programs and interrelated projects within company policies and procedures efficiently and effectively
• Uses the learning management system/technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience and effectiveness of the development programs
• Identifies and monitors talent development metrics to measure the results of the assigned programs and projects implemented

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Organizational Development, and other related courses
• Has five (5) years’ worth of strong learning and development/training background and instructional design
• Experience in curriculum design is ideal
• Knowledgeable on leadership and behavior development
• Able to handle account management role, understanding business/performance gaps important to designing relevant programs
• Analytical and data driven to compare and select from complex alternatives and interpret problems to develop innovative solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills for team alignment and possible presentation of recommendations to division leadership teams
