What you will do as Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for roles that are critical to our success. Your focus will be on recruiting in the Philippines and Australia, ensuring that we have the best professionals to drive our projects forward.


Key responsibilities

  • Strategize on work force planning in support of the sector directors, to identify talent acquisition needs.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop creative candidate sourcing & screening strategies and campaigns together with our global recruitment marketeers.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the global team to define the Total Rewards package for employees, aiming to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support managers in developing and delivering talent management programs.

As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will become part of our Makati Office team, delivering projects principally within the Philippines and Australia and contributing to the wider business across Asia Pacific and worldwide. You will also become part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, based at our headquarters in the Netherlands.


What you bring

  • At least a bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field;
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience within recruitment preferably in a global engineering consultancy company;
  • You have experience with sourcing engineering and/or consultancy staff and have experience in delivering on strategies for difficult to fill roles;
  • Strong understanding of local (Philippines/Australia) labor market trends and recruitment practices;
  • Experience in managing agencies/third party suppliers;
  • Solid experience and proven track record in recruitment delivery;
  • Good interpersonal skills, result-driven and proactive;
  • Experience in early careers/campus recruitment;
  • Excellent command of English and Filipino.
