Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for assigned requisitions, ensuring efficient and timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Conduct calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and expectations.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and optimize various channels to access new and diverse talent pools.
  • Screen candidate applications and resumes to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Endorse shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps.
  • Facilitate job offers, negotiations, and pre-employment requirements in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Track hiring activity using applicant tracking systems and ensure all data is up to date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and other stakeholders to deliver recruitment reports and hiring updates.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and talent acquisition projects.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Open to fresh graduates; 1-3 years of experience in recruitment operations is preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with employees at all levels
  • Willingness to work the night shift

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Interest in recruitment, sourcing, and HR processes, particularly in the BPO or offshore industry
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Analytical thinker with good decision-making and problem-solving skills
