What This Role Is About

We're looking for a high-performing, full-time Talent Sourcer WHO HAS HAD HIGH SUCCESS RECRUITING AUSTRALIAN TALENT - based in the Philippines.

This isn't a job posting and praying role. You'll be actively sourcing candidates for roles like:

  • Operations Managers
  • Production Managers
  • Retail Managers
  • Food Development Chefs
  • Social Media Content Creators
  • Marketing and Procurement roles, etc

You'll go out and find top people, build relationships, and bring them to the table.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

  • Sourcing top talent using LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, job boards, etc
  • Starting smart, meaningful conversations with passive candidates to entice them to our opportunities
  • Screening and qualifying them before you pass them to us
  • Booking them into interviews with our hiring managers
  • Working with a team that respects your space and trusts your output

You'll be working directly with our leadership in Australian - no micro-managing.

Just clear expectations, support when you need it, and recognition for performance.

What You'll Want To Know

It's full-time and 100% remote (Philippines-based)

You'll work AU business hours

You'll be measured on real outcomes (interviews booked, hires made, quality delivered)

You'll have room to improve processes, test ideas, and help shape how sourcing works here

We're always learning so you'll value learning & growth, even as an expert

You're Perfect For This Role If You Have

  • Proven success sourcing for Australian, NZ, UK, US, or Canadian companies
  • Experience placing mid-level to senior candidates (not just call centre or junior admin roles)
  • Have excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Confidence in matching people to jobs and company culture
  • Have strong screening methods and instincts
  • A self-managed, get-it-done attitude with no need for close supervision

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You have limited or no experience sourcing and hiring Australian talent (essential)
  • You've only posted ads and waited
  • You've never sourced or had low success in souring passive candidates
  • You're still learning how to do this
  • You don't want to be measured by your results

This is a role for someone who's already great at what they do and is now looking for a place where they'll be trusted, appreciated, and given the room to grow.
