Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation of end to end recruitment services for RBC Corporate Office.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Sources applicants through all sourcing channels for assigned corporate office manpower requirements (staff to supervisory levels).
2. Conducts competency-based interview in screening and selecting candidates.
3. Evaluates Harrison Assessments for candidates for Manager level and up.
4. Prepares monthly attrition reports.
5. Distributes and monitors the submission of New Employee Resource Checklist, Department Orientation Checklist, New Hires Welcome Banner (via email), and Exit Interview Forms.
6. Conducts New Hire Feedback Sessions.
7. Enrolls new hires in Timekeeping Biometric Device, deletes biometric records of resigned employees, and notifies all concerned departments/ HR sections.
8. Sends notifications regarding New Hires to all concerned departments/ HR sections.
9. Encodes New Hires data in Recruitment System.
10. Assists Executive Levels New Hires during their on-boarding (i.e. endorsement of pre-employment forms for accomplishment, collection of requirements, introduction to all department heads, and answering of basic HR queries).
11. Assists in ad hoc projects and performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource or other related courses.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- With advanced skills in sourcing, selection and hiring.
- Familiar with doing behavioral interviews.
- Experienced in handling multiple requirements.
- Willing to report in a hybrid work arrangement. Office location: Ortigas or Novaliches.
