Talent Acquisition Senior Associate

Job Summary:
The position is designed for an experienced professional who will be responsible for implementing the company's talent acquisition strategy. Rather than simply filling immediate vacancies, you will focus on building a sustainable pipeline of talent for future needs, particularly for specialized or challenging positions and recurring roles.
Your work will have a lasting impact on the company's success by ensuring a steady supply of qualified candidates. This role requires a blend of hands-on recruiting skills and strategic foresight to align talent with the company's business goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the entire hiring process from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This includes aligning job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offer negotiations.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilizing a variety of channels to find and engage with passive candidates. This includes using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, social media, professional networks, and attending career events.
- Building Talent Pipelines: Proactively identifying and building relationships with potential candidates for future roles, even when there are no immediate openings.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their business needs, provide market insights, and offer recommendations on talent strategies.
- Process Improvement: Analyzing recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill and source of hire) to identify areas for improvement and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.
- Employer Branding: Contributing to the company's employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience and representing the company at various events.
Pre-requisites:
- Experience: At least 7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in full cycle recruiting and onboarding. Preferably someone with experience in the renewable energy sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), human resources information systems (HRIS), and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobstreet.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical for building relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinking, strong time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also vital.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, is required. Professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a definite plus.
