What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. 

• Identifying potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, employee referrals, and etc.
• Reviewing applications and resumes to assess if candidates meet the basic qualifications for the job.
• Conducting phone, video, or in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and the qualities they're looking for in a candidate.
• Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact with candidates to extending job offers. This includes scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating salaries.
• Developing relationships with potential candidates and maintaining a database of qualified professionals for future job openings.
• Promoting job openings and the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
• Assisting with the onboarding process by coordinating with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and the quality of hire, to improve the recruitment process.
  
  
  

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. 

• Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any HR related course 
• Must have at least 2 years experience in fully cycle recruitment preferably in a similar industry
• Understanding of recruitment processes, employment laws, and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
