The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process for all tracks assigned to him/her and to his/her team and ensures the timely and effective completion of the client’s hiring requirements per agreed hiring process and turnaround time. The wide range of activities include, but not limited to: placing job ads, making call-outs, scheduling interviews, conducting behavioral interviews, client communication, placement, etc. This role is also expected to collaborate with the other departments/units within Talent Acquisition on all recruitment needs to ensure all open tracks are filled in a timely manner.

The Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process for all tracks assigned to him/her and to his/her team and ensures the timely and effective completion of the client’s hiring requirements per agreed hiring process and turnaround time. As a Talent Acquisition Officer, You Will
- Recruitment Operations
- Performs end-to-end recruitment for all assigned requisitions to him/her
- Conducts regular calibration sessions with hiring managers, if requested, to ensure alignment in terms of profile
- Creates and updates job postings on Company’s website and different job portals
- Where needed, develops under guidance of the Sourcing Manager or TA Manager, effective sourcing channels as well as new ones to gain access to new labor pools
- Screens all applications received from various sourcing initiatives and ensure to meet the credentials and qualifications, appropriate skills and knowledge, and experiences of candidates required per position
- Ensures regular endorsement of candidates to the hiring manager for review
- Facilitates the hand off process and communicates updates on new hires to stakeholders (Operations and Human Resources)
- Regularly communicates hiring updates to the hiring manager
- Generate employment contracts and conducts Job Offer
- Facilitates other client-specific tests/processes
- Reviews / implements/manages recruitment tools and processes assigned
- Provide regular updates to clients/Operations
- Team Management
- Holds overall accountability for meeting headcount targets of the team based on agreed timelines
- Establishes and reinforces the team and individual metrics and drives the team to perform and excel
- Regularly tracks team's overall productivity and immediately addresses recruiter-related concerns and challenges
- Performs regular 1:1 sessions and establish individual succession plans for the team
- Creates and discusses performance reviews and scorecard to his/her direct reports
- Provides ample opportunities growth by making recommendations / facilitating trainings, learning sessions, or seminars
- Ensures timely and proper communication of changes and new strategies to the team
- Onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Administrative duties such as but not limited to creating and assigning a shift schedule for the team, attendance validation, approval of attendance requests, taking on/delegating tasks if his/her team member is not available
- Client and Stakeholder Partnership
- Identifies of any/all recruiting issues related to clients and develop/implement solutions
- Serves as an SME or domain expert for his/her assigned vertical (i.e. technical and complex hiring) and provide strategic recommendations to clients/stakeholders
- Attends intro calls and kick off meetings if needed to represent TA and discuss the hiring requirements and process
- Develops and strengthens relationships with all clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with Operations to address first-level escalations for his/her team members; work with TA Manager to mitigate client escalations
- Compliance and Reporting
- Monitors team’s overall adherence to the process including but not limited to delivery of targets, end-to-end recruiting activities, securing of necessary documentations and approvals, pre-boarding and onboarding process
- Ensures preparation in all company audits, both internal and external.
- Conducts audits within his/her team to ensure proper usage and utilization of TA tools such as JobAdder, Vervoe, and internal trackers
- Identifies process roadblocks and work with the TA team to address issues and recommend changes and process improvement as deemed fit.
- Submits reports needed by the clients and business such as but not limited to reports EOW/EOW hiring updates, team productivity report, etc.
- Others
- Recognized domain expert for his/her assigned vertical
- Updated on industry trends and practices pertaining to sourcing and recruitment of roles under his/her vertical. This includes primarily competitor intelligence, and make recommendations based on these information
- Reports process or system issues and works with TA Managers in crafting and implementing solutions
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
- Supervisory experience of at least 2 years in a similar scope and capacity
- Exposure in Recruitment Operations, Team Management, and Client/Stakeholder Partnership
- Vast knowledge in Recruitment Applications and Systems, not limited to Applicant Tracking Systems, Assessment Tools, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills driving the performance of the existing recruitment processes, identifying areas of improvement, creating solutions, and spearheading the development of new and improved strategies.
