As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play an integral role in implementing our "buy talent" strategy, ensuring a high-quality end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience across our field sales locations across the Philippines.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play an integral role in implementing our "buy talent" strategy, ensuring a high-quality end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience across our field sales locations across the Philippines.
YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Stakeholder Management: translating business requirement into recruitment strategy and action plan
- Candidate Relationship Management: attract, engage and develop talent pipeline for future business needs
- Constantly looking for new ways of sourcing and attracting potential candidates
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition, especially dealing with multiple stakeholders across different geographical locations; this experience is ideally gained in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, with volume sales hiring a norm
- Experience in the use of modern candidate management systems (Success Factors and Phenom) is an advantage
- Independent, creative, having a strong sense of responsibility and time management skills to manage multiple requisitions at the same time
- Quick learner with a positive working attitude
- Have a good interpersonal communication skills and excellent in English, both written and verbal communication
