Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts in the Philippines and Mexico. In this role, you will provide an exceptional recruiting experience to our external (candidates) and internal stakeholders (hiring managers, HR partners). This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, passionate about impacting change and creating efficiencies that improve processes and stakeholder journeys.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, offer preparation, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate hiring in the Oracle system and support any related issues by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver tailored reporting on weekly recruiting progress.
  • Maintain clear documentation and act as the primary point-of-contact for recruiting-related tasks such as referral tracking and pre-employment requirements.

What We Need From You

  • Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience building relationships with stakeholders at all levels in a highly-matrixed global organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail; intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas/thoughts in a clear, cohesive, and cogent manner.
  • Solutions-focused mindset; exercises curiosity when solving problems and has a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build supportive partnerships both within and outside the team.
  • Self-starter attitude, capable of responding quickly to requests and working efficiently under pressure.

This role offers 100% remote work arrangement. Working hours will be aligned with Philippines and Mexico offices, which may require working mid- or night shift.
