We are looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Nerdy Recruiting team. Growing our company with great talent is a high priority. You will be an instrumental part of driving that alongside our recruiters and hiring managers so we can support our company’s mission to provide clarity across all life’s financial decisions!
In this role, your top initiative is to ensure that all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing at NerdWallet. You can expect a high level of responsibility for owning interview scheduling and our recruiting processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to assist with projects around employer branding, candidate experience, process improvement, and more. The right candidate can handle multiple priorities and is a problem solver in a fast-paced environment. Where You Can Make An Impact
- Work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate and schedule Interviews
- Own projects and proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones
- Maintain data integrity of applicant tracking system for reporting and leverage this data for insights and analysis
- A Candidate Advocate: candidate experience is always top of mind by ensuring people feel comfortable, excited, and informed about NerdWallet
- A Problem-Solver: knows how to assess and approach a situation to understand the root of the problem to come up with a compelling/creative solution
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: achieve thoroughness and accuracy when completing a task, and make a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects
- Collaborative: build effective working relationships with hiring teams, recruiters, and candidates through clear, reliable communication
- Resilient: thrive with urgency in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing situations by being proactive and taking the initiative to get things done

- 1 - 2+ years of administrative, project management, or recruiting coordination experience
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suite, bonus points for skills in Google Sheets or Excel
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems, Ashby is a plus
- Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- This role will be remote (based in the Philippines).
